Terms of service
Version draft-2026-09-18 · Last updated 18 September 2026. Draft for legal review.
1. Who we are and these terms
Clix is operated by TAJROBAT AZM FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (شركة تجربة عزم لتقنية المعلومات), commercial registration 1010600261, VAT number 310438247100003, [ADDRESS per CR], Saudi Arabia ("AZMX", "we"). These terms are a contract between AZMX and the organisation that uses Clix ("you").
You accept these terms when you tick the box at signup or continue with Google. The version and date at the top of this page are the ones you accepted. If you use Clix for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. The service
Clix lets you create, sign and store e-invoices and clear or report them with ZATCA, through the web app (app.goclix.ai), the mobile apps and, on the Business plan, an API.
3. Plans, limits and fair use
- Clix offers Free, Pro and Business plans. What each plan includes and its limits are shown on the pricing page when you choose it.
- Every plan includes a fair-use allowance. We may limit abnormal volumes that put the service at risk for other customers. Reading and downloading your existing invoices keeps working.
4. Prices, VAT and paying by bank transfer
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT, which is added to the amount you pay.
- You request a paid plan in the app. We email the amount, our bank details and a payment reference that starts with CLX-. Transfer the full amount with that reference within 7 days.
- A paid plan needs your organisation’s VAT registration number.
- We activate the plan after we confirm that the transfer arrived. The first time an organisation requests Pro on monthly billing, we may activate it straight away; the 7 days are then time to pay, not free days, and the paid month counts from the day of the request.
- AZMX issues a tax invoice for every payment.
5. Renewals, lapse and refunds
- Renewal is not automatic and we never charge you. Before each period ends we email the amount due; transfer it by the due date.
- If the payment does not arrive by the due date, the subscription becomes past due. Seven days later your organisation moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept and Free limits apply.
- The same applies when an early activation is not paid by its pay-by date: the organisation returns to Free and keeps its data. Paying later restores the plan.
- No refunds: fees for a paid period are not refunded. If you stop using a plan, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then lapses to Free.
- Money we cannot apply — a wrong amount, or a transfer for a request we declined — is returned by bank transfer.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your business details accurate and your sign-in and device credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your tax obligations stay yours. Clix transmits your invoices to ZATCA; it does not file returns for you and does not give tax advice. You remain responsible for the content of your invoices and for meeting your ZATCA and VAT obligations.
- Do not misuse Clix: no unlawful invoices, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no access to other organisations’ data.
7. Your data and privacy
Your data belongs to you. Clix stores it on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the Jeddah region, Saudi Arabia. How we collect, use and protect personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Closing your account
You can stop using Clix at any time. To delete your account and its data, see Delete your Clix account. Tax records that Saudi law requires us to keep are kept for the period the privacy policy states.
9. Availability and changes
- We work to keep Clix available and secure, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that ZATCA’s systems will be available.
- We may change the service and these terms. When we change these terms we publish a new version with a new date and ask you to accept it in the app before you continue.
10. Liability
- Our total liability to you for all claims about Clix is limited to the fees you paid AZMX in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or penalties that result from the content of your invoices or from your own tax filings, to the extent Saudi law allows.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
11. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or restrict an organisation that does not pay, that breaches these terms, or whose use puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we warn you first.
- You may stop using Clix at any time; section 5 applies to fees already paid.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute. These terms are published in Arabic and English; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
13. Contact and notices
Questions, support and formal notices — including termination, disputes and deletion requests — go to [email protected]. We send notices to the email address on your account.
