Clix issues ZATCA-compliant invoices, tracks who has paid, and matches payments to your bank statement. Clearance, reporting, the cryptographic stamp and the QR code are on the Free plan.
Start freePrices exclude 15% VAT. Billed in SAR. Paid plans are activated by bank transfer, normally within 7 days of payment. If a paid plan lapses you return to Free; nothing is deleted.

Eight reasons
Phase 2 compliance costs SAR 0
The Free plan clears standard invoices and reports simplified ones, with credit and debit notes, device onboarding and certificate reminders. No card and no trial clock.
You see who has paid
Upload your bank's CSV or Excel statement. Clix suggests the invoice each line paid, and one click records the payment. It refuses a statement whose balances do not add up.
Your VAT report is ready
The VAT report adds up output VAT from your sales and input VAT from your purchases, on every plan. Export it as PDF or Excel, in English or Arabic.
Your client approves before ZATCA sees it
An issued invoice cannot be edited. So send the draft first, by email or WhatsApp. Your client approves it with a six-digit code, then you issue.
Corrections the compliant way
A credit note corrects an issued invoice: for goods returned, or for a price, by taking an amount off each unit.
Your systems can issue through Clix
On the Business plan your ERP, tills or web store send JSON. Clix signs, submits and retries every hour when ZATCA is slow. One flat price, public docs and a sandbox.
Your data stays in Saudi Arabia
Clix stores your data in Jeddah. Only the invoices and notes you issue go to ZATCA.
Arabic is complete
Every screen works right to left. Invoices, the VAT report and the page your client sees switch between Arabic and English.
When another product fits better
You want the books in the same system
Clix is not an accounting system: no general ledger, payroll or stock valuation. Choose an accounting suite, or keep your accountant and give them the Accountant role in Clix.
You need quotes, recurring invoices or payment links
Clix does not have these yet. The other products in the table above do.
You want invoicing inside your till
Choose a point-of-sale system, or connect your till to Clix through the API on the Business plan.
